Description

BANNERS, SOCIAL, DOOH, EMAILS / CRM

Our client is a global integrated / advertising production agency, who are on the hunt for a Digital (or Integrated but Digi Heavy) Project Manager to deliver varied campaign work at fast pace in a variety of specs and sizes to different markets around the world for a very well know globally recognised client. This role involves working on high profile international campaigns and for a new, exciting and important account. They have a great team and work hard as well as having a great culture all getting on well socially too.
Working for a global agency, you’ll collaborate in a close knit team of PM’s and work from client briefs to take and break down requirements working from media schedules. You’ll then book work in with the various teams based in the the UK and other parts of the world as well as working with some 3rd party suppliers to smoothly manage work through the agency and deliver to brief, on time.
The client runs several major campaigns each year and then briefs in sporadic smaller campaigns around these. The work is a mix of HTML5 and Static banners, digital OOH and lots of ads for social such as Instagram and Facebook. There is a chance that you may manage some out of scope work including Integrated Campaign from time to time such as bits of OOH Print.
You will take ownership right the way through the process, beginning with taking and ingesting initial briefs and creative assets to produce masters through to production of a high volume of adaptions in different sizes, formats and for different markets, dealing with any issues and feedback / amends from the client along the way.
As the role focusses on digital ads, it is important that you have worked on banner campaigns before and ideally a mix of digital work for banners, social and digi OOH. You should be comfortable working from media schedules and it may be a plus if you have had some exposure to print and worked on integrated campaigns. However, the agency is very happy to train you in print if you purely have digital experience and are keen to become more integrated.
This role focusses on the production of campaign work so requires someone who can handle pressure and fast turnaround times on large schedules of work. You will need to work with lots of attention to detail and be conscientious as you will be able to take full control and responsibility of projects.
The Project Manager will also need to be someone who is extremely comfortable being client facing and will work methodically building great relationships with media agencies, 3rd parties, the studio, Quality teams etc. making sure the briefs are clear and everybody knows what they’re doing.
