WHAT MAKES YOU A GOOD FIT

  • Masters degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, IT, Supply Chain Management)
  • Proven experience of minimum 2-3 years in driving digitalization initiatives within purchasing or related functions
  • Strong understanding of source-to-pay processes and tools
  • Excellent project management skills, including the ability to effectively plan, execute, and monitor projects
  • Proficient in requirement engineering, process modeling, and process mining techniques
  • Ability to identify and implement process improvements in collaboration with cross-functional teams
Responsibilities
  • Consults global Procurement Sustainability team in order to improve existing process flows or develop applications to address existing needs
  • Develops sustainability dashboard strategy and demand management for new KPI creation
  • Identifies and evaluates potentially relevant innovations and new technologies in the area of StP with a Sustainability focus
  • Translates Sustainability Strategy into concrete solution design requirements for tool development and leads dialogue with dx teams
  • Develops and implements process standards that ensure long term sustainability reporting compliance
  • Steers / manages supplier collaboration projects / initiatives, including digitalization, automation, and simplification
  • Drive Digital Upskilling and Process Knowledge by providing trainings and materials to enhance the digital skills of the purchasing community
  • Understand and challenge stakeholders’ needs for processes and software needs by building make-or-buy decision papers
  • Design solutions that meet the requirements while adhering to audit standards and internal requirements
