We are looking for a Senior Digital Project Manager who combines strategic thinking, strong client leadership, and operational excellence. Someone who can lead complex digital trajectories from discovery to delivery, bring clarity to complexity, and confidently challenge ideas and stakeholders. This is not a traditional project management role. We are looking for someone who thinks alongside clients and teams to turn ambition into impact. This position is only open to candidates who will be employed directly by us. We are not working with contractors or agencies for this role. Job Description You lead complex digital trajectories from discovery to delivery. Not just by managing timelines and budgets, but by helping clients make the right decisions. You work at the intersection of strategy, experience design, digital marketing, and ecommerce, bringing structure, clarity, and momentum to multidisciplinary projects. You will: Lead strategic and creative digital projects across strategy, design, marketing, and ecommerce Guide clients through discovery, consulting, and delivery phases Act as a trusted sparring partner for clients and stakeholders Challenge assumptions and help clients make better business and experience decisions Translate complexity into clear scopes, priorities, and actionable roadmaps Facilitate collaboration across cross-functional teams Balance business goals, user needs, quality, timing, and budget Negotiate priorities, scope, and trade-offs with confidence Identify risks early and proactively drive solutions Create alignment between clients, strategy, design, and delivery teams Support teams in delivering work that creates real value; not just output You don’t just manage projects. You help shape them.
