• Lead the planning and implementation of digital projects in Sales & Marketing and ensure the alignment with business goals, customer needs and Sales & Marketing Excellence targets
• Develop and ensure execution of project plans, timelines, resources and budgets and monitor the progress
• Communicate and align with main stakeholders, such as Sales, Marketing, IT and provide clear updates on project progress
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track
• Leverage internal feedback and system data to identify automation and efficiency enhancement opportunities
• Drive change management to ensure seamless adoption and user engagement
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by leveraging project insights and applying lessons learned to future initiatives

What you will need

• University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or similar area
• 3-5 years of experience as a Digital Project Manager or in similar marketing or consultancy roles
• Deep understanding of project management frameworks, including Agile, Scrum and Waterfall; certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 are a plus
• Ability to analyze data and project performance metrics to drive decision-making
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills combined with the ability to work collaboratively
• Good communicator, proactive nature who thrives in a team-oriented environment
• Fluent in English
