Digital Project Support - FTC
We are currently seeking a Digital Marketing Support to work with us on a Fixed Term Contract. The digital team is currently juggling several large scale projects including the roll-out of over 280+ new headless websites, launching a loyalty programme and migrating over 45 new pubs into the Young’s digital and technical eco-system. This role requires someone who is both creative and a keen digital marketer to support these projects.
For the right candidate, this role will provide the opportunity to gain hands-on experience across all digital pillars and play a key role in delivering milestone projects for the company. There is also an opportunity to extend your learning through Digital Marketing Institute accredited courses. Please note this is a Fixed Term Role until the end of FY26.

SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Strong and demonstrable copywriting skills
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing practices and eagerness to develop these skills quickly
  • Experience building and updating website content using CMS
  • Experience using CRM platforms
  • Min 2 years experience in a digital marketing role
  • Good project and time management skills
  • Self-starter, outgoing and good people skills
Responsibilities
  • Migrating websites and expediting the rollout of Young’s websites onto Propeller templates, which will include meeting GM’s and Area Sales and Marketing Coordinators to understand each pub, copywriting content which showcase each pubs USP and tone of voice, ensuring sites structure and copy is optimised for SEO and supporting our Senior Content Manager to ensure photshoots and content meet the requirements of each pub website
  • Supporting the Digital team with the migration and onboarding of CPG pubs into Young’s digital infrastructure, including liaising with agencies and suppliers, training pub teams, reporting back to wider business.
  • Supporting Digital Team with testing, launch plan and communication of new Young’s Rooms loyalty program
  • Supporting ASMCs and pub teams with training on digital platforms including Atreemo and WordPress
  • Working with the digital team and ASMCs on executing conversion-driving customer journeys for all campaigns.
  • Managing Gift Voucher content updates on GiftPro
  • Supporting the Digital Performance Manager with Young’s Rooms content, including creating mailers, writing blogs, website content etc.
