Description

We’re looking for a Digital Projects Coordinator to join our Web Marketing team and help keep things running smoothly. This full-time permanent role is based in either our Melbourne or Dandenong South office and focuses on coordinating digital projects that align with business goals and meet technical and compliance standards.
If you’re curious about how things work, passionate about improving the digital experience, and have a knack for navigating systems — we’d love to hear from you.
Familiarity with Aussie Broadband systems is a big plus, and we’re open to training the right candidate who’s eager to grow.

To be successful in this role you will possess:

  • 2+ years in technical copywriting/editing
  • 2+ years in project management
  • Strong knowledge of technical and product documentation
  • Familiar with CMS platforms (WordPress, Pardot, etc.)
  • Understanding of SEO, SEM & digital marketing
  • Basic HTML, CSS & JavaScript knowledge
  • Web accessibility (WCAG 2.0+) awareness
  • Familiar with analytics tools (GA, Adobe, Amplitude)
  • Understanding of telco compliance basics
  • Experience with email platforms (Mailchimp, Salesforce, etc.)

How will you support our “Why?”

  • Support and coordinate website projects with cross-functional teams to meet timelines and goals
  • Manage project tools like Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint, and maintain documentation
  • Triage and resolve website incidents, ensuring smooth operations and stakeholder updates
  • Maintain technical product documentation and digital asset libraries
  • Assist with marketing tasks like customer segmentation, copywriting, and content calendars
  • Ensure digital content aligns with compliance and accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG 2.1)
  • Improve digital processes and explore new tech to boost efficiency
  • Collaborate across teams to support SEO, analytics, and Google-related initiatives
  • Support adoption of AI tools for smarter content creation and management
