Description

ABOUT US – HAVE A HEART FOR CHANGE!

Did you know heart disease is the number one killer of Australians? Every day, 50 Australians lose their lives to heart disease. As Australia’s leading heart health charity, we’re on a mission to change this – and we need passionate people like you to help make a difference!

HOW YOU CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE

Reporting to the Senior Digital Project & Delivery Lead, this role is all about making our websites and digital platforms work harder, smarter, and better.
We’re looking for someone with hands-on experience in website content management and digital operations who enjoys problem-solving and can strengthen the way we deliver digital campaigns and projects.
You will have the opportunity to work flexibly, blending your time between home and the office (50/50 split). This is a permanent full-time position; however, we are open to part time 0.8 or 0.9 for the right person.

Responsibilities
  • Managing the day-to-day of our websites – from content uploads to integrations and improvements.
  • Collaborating with teams managing paid search, social media, and marketing automation.
  • Supporting and delivering campaigns – building and optimising webpages, creating forms, and ensuring smooth integration.
  • Using analytics and tracking methods like Google Analytics, UTM tagging, dashboards, and A/B testing to measure and improve digital performance.
  • Collaborating with vendors and developers to deliver enhancements and resolve issues.
  • Helping shape processes and structure to make our digital platforms more effective and impactful.
  • Working across a range of sites including Walking, My Heart My Life, Jump Rope for Heart, and fundraising pages – no two days are ever the same.
