In this role, you will lead digital advertising, content creation, and employer brand initiatives across LinkedIn, Meta, and other channels while also incorporating traditional tactics like billboards, OOH advertising, radio, and collateral. You will bring your marketing expertise to a growing team where creativity, analytics, and execution come together to fuel hiring success.

  • Proficiency in Canva (or similar design tools) to create high-quality, visually compelling marketing assets.
  • Strong ability to write and edit ad copy, social posts, emails, and candidate-facing marketing content.
  • Skilled in campaign tracking, A/B testing, and reporting on key metrics such as impressions, clicks, conversions, and cost-per-lead.
  • Comfortable executing campaigns that span both digital and traditional formats.
  • Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present insights and recommendations.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple campaigns and priorities effectively.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2–4 years of digital marketing experience (preferably in B2C, recruitment marketing, or employer branding).
  • Proven track record designing, running and optimizing campaigns on LinkedIn and Meta.
  • Familiarity with email marketing and content strategy is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Use hands/fingers for fine manipulation/typing
Responsibilities
  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns on LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and other digital channels to attract top talent and promote client employer brands.
  • Develop and deliver campaigns that combine digital and traditional tactics (billboards, flyers, print collateral, local sponsorships) to maximize reach and impact.
  • Create engaging, on-brand creative for ads, social media, landing pages, and email campaigns; design graphics and visuals in Canva.
  • Translate client hiring needs into compelling marketing strategies that build awareness, generate candidate pipelines, and strengthen employer brand positioning.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze digital marketing metrics, and provide actionable insights to improve ROI and optimize future campaigns.
  • Stay up to date with digital marketing best practices, recruitment marketing innovations, and new advertising formats to recommend improvements.
  • Partner with recruiters, account managers, and clients to align marketing initiatives with hiring priorities and deliver measurable results.
