Utilize cutting-edge restoration software to address film and video anomalies. Conduct rigorous quality control checks to ensure all deliverables meet company and industry standards. Accurately log time and update media order systems to track project progress. Troubleshoot technical issues and work with operational and client service teams to resolve challenges efficiently. Adhere to company quality guidelines and continuously seek to enhance workflows with input from the department manager. Ensure departmental policies and procedures are upheld, maintaining exceptional service standards for clients. Contribute to team initiatives and take on additional responsibilities as needed. Qualifications Required Skills and Experience Proficiency with MTI DRS or Phoenix DRS software. In-depth understanding of film-based post-production workflows and industry specifications. Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proven problem-solving capabilities with a proactive approach. Self-motivated, able to work independently with minimal supervision. Eagerness to adapt to evolving technologies and learn new workflows quickly. Education and Eligibility Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience. Authorization to work in the United States without restrictions or sponsorship. Additional Information Employment Type: Part-Time / On Call - On-Site Schedule: Monday - Friday (Day Shift) Salary Range: $28.00- $33.00 USD Per Hour Full Time / Part Time: Part Time
