Responsibilities
  • Drive Growth Through Portfolio Sales & Engagement amongst mid-sized DSO groups (3–9 practices)
  • Deliver Clinical and Commercial Value of digital restorative workflows to drive conversion and retention
  • Strategic Account Development with DSO decision-makers and dealer partners to influence purchasing decisions and long-term loyalty.
  • Collaborate Across Sales Teams, Sales Specialists and Key Account Team to coordinate efforts and facilitate workflow implementation.
  • Dealer Network Engagement ensuring regular collaboration and alignment to meet regional revenue targets.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on all opportunities using SFDC (Salesforce), maintaining accurate pipeline and activity tracking.
  • Territory Planning & Execution including segmentation, targeting and account development strategies.
  • Provide technical knowledge and training (face-to-face and virtual) on workflows, product use and maintenance to support adoption and retention. Involve relevant teams and organise education / training sessions where necessary.
