Retail Operations and Omnichannel Experience:

• Collaborate with retail and other cross-functional teams to ensure the best possible omnichannel customer experience

• Identify points of improvement within the omnichannel processes and develop digital tools to enhance the

Retail Technology Development and Maintenance:

• Manage and maintain the technological tools within the global retail domain
• Develop and future-proof technological solutions related to retail and omnichannel processes
• Develop and improve the system integrations related to retail business processes

In order to succeed in the role, you have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Proven experience in development and maintenance of digital tools
• Technical expertise of backend programming languages (e.g. Python, SQL)
• Understanding of API development and integration work
• Experience with Point of Sales systems and retail business process understanding are considered as assets
• A results-driven and commercial mindset
• Fluency in Finnish and English, both verbal and written
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
