Our Digital Retail Engineering & Operations Graduate Program is open to candidates based in Naarm (Melbourne) or Gadigal Country (Sydney) commencing on 9 February 2027. Working within our Digital Engineering & Operations team, you'll help deliver the digital payments, customer authentication services and technology platforms that support millions of customer interactions every year. This is an 18-month full-time program that offers multiple rotations and exposure within your chosen field. From day-one, you will be a permanent full-time employee and will have a permanent role upon completion.
