What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Respond quickly and professionally to online, live chat, email, and phone enquiries
  • Create engaging, informative conversations to uncover customer needs
  • Share information on our amazing vehicles, offers, and services
  • Qualify leads and book test drives or appointments for the sales team
  • Keep CRM records accurate and up to date
  • Follow up with interested customers to keep the journey moving
  • Collaborate closely with our sales execs to turn interest into happy handovers

Who We’re Looking For:

  • A people person with quality written and verbal communication
  • Friendly, confident, and professional across digital channels like email, SMS and chat
  • Highly organised with great attention to detail
  • Comfortable using CRM tools and digital platforms
  • A self-starter with a proactive attitude and team spirit
  • Experience in digital customer service, online sales support, or similar roles.
