Responsibilities

Digital Sales Agents play a pivotal role in driving the growth of Australian Military Bank’s Digital Sales Channel by proactively engaging with members, offering lending advice and delivering exceptional service.
In this dynamic position, you’ll contribute significantly to achieving digital sales targets, whether through direct digital channels or by identifying cross sell opportunities. Your focus will be on expanding the lending and deposit portfolio, including Consumer Lending products (credit cards, car loans, personal loans, and debt consolidation loans) and Mortgage Lending products (home, investment, and construction loans).
You’ll build strong, lasting relationships with both existing and prospective members, uncovering their needs and delivering tailored solutions across a broad range of products and services. By promptly following up on applications, phone calls and service requests, you’ll ensure a seamless experience, all while adhering to the bank’s credit policies and procedures.
A thorough understanding of credit products, the application process, and experience in a centralised lending environment are essential for success in this role.
