DIGITAL SALES AND CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Durasafe Pty Ltd is seeking a full-time Digital Sales and Customer Service Representative to join our team in Bayswater, VIC 3153.
In this hands-on role, you will assist with the management of online sales while delivering exceptional customer service.

• Respond promptly to customer enquiries via phone, email, live chat, and digital platforms.
• Assist customers with product information, quotes, order placement, and after-sales support.
• Manage and process online orders, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfilment.
• Proactively follow up with potential and existing customers to drive sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with the manufacturing team to resolve order or delivery issues.
• Update and maintain customer records in CRM and order management systems.
• Update and maintain product information on the website
• Provide feedback to management on customer trends, product demand, and process improvements.
• Contribute to achieving company sales targets.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and OH&S standards where applicable.
• Create, update, and maintain website content via our Big Commerce store (new products, landing pages, banners, blogs)
• Ensure all content is SEO-optimised to drive traffic and improve search rankings.
• Monitor competitor content and identify opportunities for improvement
