They are seeking to hire a Digital Sales/Customer Success Specialist. The ideal candidate will help develop Digital product portfolio in terms of turnover, profitability and customer satisfaction, supporting the sales team in maximizing product penetration and positioning. To maximise the number of people actively using the cloud platform. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES To achieve sales and profitability target To support sales force in pre-sales & sales activities, providing product training to sales force on digital offering. To organize and run seminars or webinars to duly promote the digital portfolio To directly support customers in having a successful implementation by providing training and tutoring accordingly. To create customer case studies and best practices that clearly explain the value and the benefits of the product in terms of attraction, retention of customers and secondary revenues. To provide reliable and structured Forecast and Pipeline Management. To monitor competitors, in terms of pricing, products feature etc. providing proactive market feedback to HQ To interact with marketing & sales mgr to define tailored solutions and initiatives for each vertical market To promote and plan initiatives to maximize customer satisfaction To monitor discount to maximize profitability To support product launch, promotion, and commercial activities to maximize sales. Guarantees implementation of Technogym cultural model through company policies and procedures implementation and localization, compliant to Corporate Governance Requirements: Bachelor Degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) and Economics Experience in direct sales or business development sales support, in consultancy or in training Experience in sales processes / business development / customer education Membership in Software Companies, Consultancy, Services, Electronic, Fitness Consultative Sales techniques Long term customer relationship approach Product knowledge Public Speaking Social Media and Digital knowledge/skills Fluent in English (mandatory) Training & Education Eager to learn and grow Marketing and Market analysis skills Time and project management Negotiation skills REQUIRED PERSONAL SKILLS Passion and optimism Pioneer Approach Proactivity Customer and process oriented Problem solver Result driven Team player Execution
