WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, driven and customer focused Digital Sales Adviser. The right candidate must be great at sales and customer service over the phone. Experience in the automotive industry is not required.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

  • Experience and a genuine interest in selling products or services over the phone.
  • Passionate about delivering the highest standards of customer service.
  • Able to build positive working relationships with others.
  • Strong ability to multitask, think on your feet, problem solve and when necessary ‘roll your sleeves up and get involved’ with an appetite to grow and develop.

Responsibilities
  • Managing inbound and outbound calls with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. This is NOT cold calling - all enquiries are generated by the customer.
  • Quickly building a relationship with customers over the phone and online, converting them to the next stage of the sales process.
  • Selling products and services to customers, clearly explaining the features and benefits.
  • Liaising with the Carlingo sales and customer service teams to ensure next steps are clearly communicated.
