Salary: £25,397 + Sales Commission

Responsibilities

✅Deliver a high-quality online experience, meeting and greeting customers virtually and in person, ensuring exceptional service at every stage.
✅Guide customers through the entire purchasing journey, from enquiry to handover, offering expert advice and a smooth, supportive process.
✅Create personalised videos of customers’ chosen vehicles to showcase key features and build confidence in their purchase.
✅Field inbound telephone and email enquiries promptly and professionally, helping customers find the right car and product options.
✅Arrange vehicle finance packages that meet customers’ needs, ensuring all financial processes are completed compliantly and accurately.
✅Process vehicle sales, finance, and insurance transactions on our dealer management system, ensuring all admin is completed efficiently and in line with FCA regulations.
✅Work closely with internal teams, valuations, valeting, workshop, and aftersales, to coordinate timely vehicle preparation and handovers.
✅Carry out proactive follow-up and re-solicitation calls to maximise sales opportunities.
✅Perform daily sales tasks including stock checks, pre-handover inspections
✅Uphold professional standards in appearance, punctuality, and attendance.
