REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • 3 – 5 years of relevant sales experience in the training, education, or professional certification industry.
  • Proven track record of promoting SSG and IBF-funded courses in Singapore.
  • Strong understanding of digital sales tools (CRM, automation, analytics).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Results-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

PREFERRED SKILLS

  • Experience in B2B corporate sales and account management.
  • Knowledge of SSG funding and other training subsidy schemes.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and HubSpot.

Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

The Digital Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through digital channels, with a strong focus on promoting SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) and Institute of Banking & Finance (IBF) funded courses. This role requires a strategic mindset, hands-on sales execution, and the ability to manage the full digital sales cycle from lead generation to conversion.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute digital sales strategies to drive enrolment for professional certification courses.
  • Manage and optimize sales funnels across email, social media, paid ads, and CRM.
  • Drive end-to-end sales processes for SSG and IBF-funded courses, ensuring compliance with funding requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships with corporates, industry partners, and individuals.
  • Collaborate with marketing to create targeted campaigns and promotional offers.
  • Conduct online sales presentations, webinars, and client demos.
  • Track and report sales KPIs, conversion rates, and ROI on campaigns.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends, funding policies, and competitor offerings.
