Local Digital Sales Manager About MediaCo MediaCo Holdings is a leading multicultural media company operating iconic brands across television, radio, and digital platforms. Our portfolio includes Estrella TV, Bally Sports, Hot 97, and WBLS, delivering premium content and engaged audiences at scale across the New York market and beyond. Position Overview The Local Digital Sales Manager will lead digital revenue growth in the New York market. This role is responsible for driving strategic digital sales initiatives across MediaCo’s portfolio and partnering closely with local account executives to maximize revenue opportunities across all digital platforms. The ideal candidate is a results-driven digital sales leader with deep knowledge of the NYC advertising marketplace and a strong understanding of cross-platform media solutions. Key Responsibilities * Own and drive local digital revenue growth across all MediaCo digital assets * Collaborate with linear TV and radio sales teams to develop integrated, multi-platform proposals * Lead digital strategy across: * CTV (Connected TV) * OLV (Online Video) * Social Media * Display * SEO * Email Marketing * Audio Streaming * Identify, develop, and close new digital business opportunities * Grow existing accounts through strategic upselling and cross-platform packaging * Educate and train local sales reps on digital products, positioning, and monetization strategies * Work with ad operations and marketing teams to ensure successful campaign execution and performance * Stay current on market trends, programmatic strategies, audience targeting, and competitive offerings * Provide revenue forecasting and pipeline management for digital business Qualifications * 5+ years of digital media sales experience (CTV, video, programmatic, or audio preferred) * Strong understanding of the NYC advertising and agency landscape * Proven track record of meeting or exceeding digital revenue targets * Experience developing integrated media proposals across multiple platforms * Strong presentation and client-facing skills * Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and operations teams * Entrepreneurial mindset with a solutions-oriented approach What Success Looks Like * Accelerated digital revenue growth in the NYC market * Increased digital penetration across existing linear accounts * Strong collaboration with TV and radio sellers to maximize total account yield * Expanded local client base investing in CTV, streaming audio, and performance solutions Disclaimer The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this classification.
