REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in online customer support, CRM, ecommerce, or sales coordination
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Proficient in CRM tools, email handling, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing, ecommerce, and graphic design
• Familiarity with social media platforms and content tools
• Video/photo capturing and editing skills is a plus
• Ability to multitask and coordinate with multiple departments efficiently
