1. Planning & Proposal Support Support the Planning team in ideation and proposal development for clients and agencies Assist in building pitch decks, proposals, media plans, and solution frameworks Conduct basic research, insight gathering, and case study benchmarking Prepare presentation materials (PowerPoint, proposal documents, reports) 2. Sales Strategy & Client Engagement Join sales and client meetings to support YMT’s solution-selling approach Convert discussions into clear internal briefs and sales opportunities Support sales strategy execution and ensure consistent YMT presence with clients Capture key actions and follow up to drive next steps and deal progression 3. Operations & Documentation Support operational and administrative work including proposal finalization, booking, contracts, POs, and acceptance documents Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Tech) to ensure smooth project execution Track timelines, deliverables, and task checklists 2-4 years of experience in Planning, Account, Marketing, Advertising, Media, or Adtech Strong logical thinking with interest in ideas, insights, and solution development Good PowerPoint and Excel skills (presentation skills are a strong plus) Good skiils for meetings set and client-facing communication Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment Good reading and writing English is a plus Hands-on exposure to adtech, data-driven and AI-based solutions Opportunity to work on real client pitches and campaigns Fast learning curve in planning, business, and solution thinking Collaborative and inclusive culture
