QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with digital platforms such as HubSpot, WordPress, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Hootsuite, and similar tools.
  • At least 3 years of experience in tactical digital marketing, SaaS/B2C or digital product sales, or online community growth.
  • Demonstrated success in driving measurable growth through digital campaigns, social media engagement, and influencer partnerships.
  • Strong strategic thinking and independent judgment, with the ability to creatively execute digital marketing initiatives.
  • Proven ability to manage complex tasks including funnel optimization, performance analysis, and campaign refinement.
  • Skilled in designing, testing, and optimizing campaigns, making data-driven decisions, and collaborating across teams.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for crafting persuasive, on-brand messaging.
  • Highly analytical and data-driven, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Discreet and sound judgment in handling sensitive and confidential information.
  • Committed to delivering superior member service and serving as a positive role model within the organization.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism in managing confidential and sensitive matters.
