Responsibilities

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Link our Digital Services offerings with our Customer for Life strategy. Identify potential opportunities with existing and new customers.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of Controls Service Agreement base; quantify and target opportunities based on deep customer knowledge.
  • Gather and validate preliminary information and perform facility walkthrough, construction plan review or other requirements.
  • Determine project needs, constraints, and responsibilities to meet all of the customer’s HVAC system design and installation requirements.
  • Develop and execute an account specific business plan to identify the long-term, mutual support requirements required to facilitate a strong, profitable and successful partnership.
  • Meet or exceed gross margin requirements.
  • Travel to customer job sites is required, which may include outdoor work and/or work in mechanical/equipment rooms. During the site visits, the employee may be exposed to variable weather conditions; moving mechanical parts; heights, and other variable environmental conditions based on location.

BASE PAY RANGE: $85,000 - $135,000. TOTAL COMPENSATION FOR THIS ROLE WILL INCLUDE A COMMISSION/INCENTIVE PLAN.
