The role of the Digital Services Intern position is to prepare candidates for future work through education and experience while supporting the department in data clean up and documentation initiatives. The Digital Services Intern will collaborate with all areas of the department including Digital Payments, Digital Communications, and Digital Banking. Start Date/Duration: This internship is part-time (approximately 37.5 hours per week) and temporary (10 weeks). The program begins on May 26, 2026 and runs through July 31, 2025. Work hours are Monday-Friday, 8:30-5:00. The Digital Services Intern will… Understudy Digital Payments Specialist Draft written procedures for departmental processes for Digital Payments Draft written procedures for organizational processes for Digital Payments Assist in fraud screenings Assist in launch of new digital services and/or features Independently perform data clean up as assigned Requirements Digital Services Intern Qualifications Successful candidates will display the following: • A desire to get it right- to uphold ACU's high service standards when working with members and co-workers; to go all-out in completing your work correctly; to perform with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail; and to fix problems when they occur. • An "I've got your back" attitude- All employees should carry out their jobs with the result on our members and co-workers in mind.
