ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

We’re looking for a Digital Product Owner to lead the optimisation and continuous improvement of Healthdirect’s digital tools and website portfolio.
You’ll ensure our platforms deliver value, meet user needs, and support strategic business goals – all while driving enhancements that improve user experience and consumer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead ongoing optimisation of digital tools and the website, using insights and user feedback to deliver high-quality enhancements.
  • Define, prioritise, and manage the continuous improvement backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Coordinate product enhancements linked to new initiatives, working across design, content, technical, and analytics teams.
  • Monitor product performance, consumer feedback, and quality metrics to inform iterative improvements.
  • Contribute to the broader digital services strategy, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and customer focus.
