Overview We’re looking for a Digital Services Specialist to join our team and help power how we deliver digital experiences across EIMEA and beyond. This role sits at the heart of our digital ecosystem—supporting, improving and evolving the tools, platforms and insights that help our teams connect with customers and drive performance. You’ll partner with digital marketing teams, provide technical expertise, and help raise digital capability across the region Responsibilities You’ll play a key role across a broad digital landscape, including: Digital Support & Service Delivery Managing and resolving digital service requests across multiple platforms Acting as a technical escalation point for social media and digital asset tools Websites & Optimisation Supporting the development and optimisation of global websites Collaborating with internal teams and partners to maintain high-performing digital environments Analytics & Insights Creating reports and turning data into meaningful insights Helping teams make smarter, data-informed decisions across digital channels Social Media & Campaigns Supporting platform setup, integrations and best practice Contributing to campaigns and promotions across the digital tech stack Training & Capability Building Delivering training and coaching to improve digital knowledge (“Digital IQ”) Supporting continuous learning across EIMEA and global teams Digital Asset Management Maintaining and organising digital assets so they’re accessible and optimised globally Qualifications Experience & skills: Experience in a digital marketing or digital services environment Working knowledge of websites (e.g. WordPress), social platforms and digital tools Understanding of SEO and website performance Experience using analytics to generate insight and recommendations Confidence working across multiple systems and managing priorities You’ll thrive if you: Enjoy solving problems and making things work better Can explain technical concepts in a clear, simple way Are collaborative and enjoy working across teams and regions Take ownership and follow through on delivering outcomes
