The role involves advanced remote diagnostics, CMS administration, and coordination with field partners. Key Responsibilities • CMS platform management (MagicInfo, LG SuperSign, K2B, Xiaohui, etc.) • Remote troubleshooting, app resets, device reinstalls • Verification of scheduled content & store classifications • Collaboration with external engineers for on-site tasks • Participation in rollouts, migrations, and special DS projects • Contribution to process improvements & workflow optimisation Required Skills • Excellent English communication skills • Solid experience in Digital Signage or IT support • Good understanding of networks, Windows, Android, SoC players • Familiarity with helpdesk/ticketing systems • Ability to work independently with responsibility Nice to Have • Experience in retail technology deployments • Knowledge of additional CMS platforms What We Offer • Competitive salary depending on experience • Private health insurance • Training on advanced DS tools & platforms • Opportunity to work on high-visibility European projects • Stable, long-term career path
