This isn't a role where you'll simply maintain existing marketing activity. We're looking for someone who understands how to use digital marketing, social media, and emerging technologies as practical business tools—creating content that builds their brand, supports their people, generates engagement, and drives business growth. Job Description You'll be the person behind much of what their audience sees and experiences online. From filming content and creating reels to developing campaigns, managing social channels, and identifying opportunities to tell authentic stories, you'll play a key role in how the Harcourts brand shows up in market. Working closely with the wider business, you'll take ideas, events, partnerships, listings, and business initiatives and turn them into engaging content that connects with audiences across multiple digital channels. You'll be equally comfortable behind a camera, creating content, analysing performance metrics, and exploring new tools—including AI—to improve efficiency, creativity, and results. Most importantly, you'll bring energy, initiative, and a willingness to roll up your sleeves—whether that's capturing content at an event, filming a quick video, interviewing team members, or identifying the next great story to share. What you’ll bring: A strong understanding of social media platforms, content trends, and audience engagement. Confidence and willingness to get hands-on creating content. You'll be comfortable filming and editing video content and creating engaging social media campaigns. Ability to use data and insights to continually improve performance.
