We’re a dynamic, collaborative team that thrives on creativity, strategy, and a healthy dose of fun. We cheer each other on, celebrate wins (big and small), and aren’t afraid to push boundaries to create purpose-driven marketing campaigns that make an impact. Reporting to the Associate Director of Operations & Marketing, you’ll be right in the action, building strategies, creating standout content, writing reports that tell a story, and launching campaigns that actually deliver.
This is a hybrid role, so while you’ll mostly work remotely, you’ll also join us in our Toronto office as needed. Our hours are 9:30 am–5:30 pm ET. We believe in great work and work-life balance.
Social media may be your sweet spot, but if you’ve also dabbled in media buying, copywriting, AI, SEO, or video editing, we’re all ears. And if you’re fluent in English and French? That’s a serious bonus!

CREATIVE SKILLS

  • 2–4 years of professional or agency experience in digital marketing, social media, or a related role.
  • Experience developing and executing social media editorial calendars, programming content or posting on a schedule.
  • Exceptional writing chops. You can shift tone and voice seamlessly across platforms and clients and turn around a strategy or report that is informative yet compelling.
  • Strong blog and long-form writing skills, with an understanding of SEO and content marketing best practices.
  • Strong graphic design skills in Canva.
  • Ability to create content that’s not only beautiful but also optimized for performance.
  • A keen eye for visual storytelling, typography, and design that pops on digital platforms.
  • BONUS: Photography, videography, and the willingness to be in front of or behind the camera.

STRATEGIC SKILLS

  • Proven ability to build and execute social media strategies that achieve measurable goals.
  • Hands-on experience in social media strategy, campaign management, and online promotion.
  • Awareness of trends across Meta, TikTok, X, and emerging platforms. You’re always ahead of the curve and consider yourself a pro.
  • Comfort with analytics. You can track results, spot patterns, and turn data into clear insights.
  • BONUS: Knowledge of SEO, media buying, and digital ads, with the ability to optimize for ROI.

TECH SKILLS

  • Proficiency with macOS, Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar, Chat, Meet), and Canva.
  • Experience analyzing data from social platform dashboards and other social media management tools.
  • Experience with AI-enabled tools for content, research, and campaign optimization.
  • BONUS: Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) and MS Office proficiency.
