Responsibilities

In this key role, you will actively contribute to the growth of our operations in Luxembourg by delivering high-quality client service, proposing innovative solutions, and developing long-lasting client relationships.

You will support our sales teams in addressing client needs by providing technical expertise and ensuring our proposals align with the specific expectations of the Luxembourg market. Your goal will be to transform business opportunities into successful collaborations while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing and continuously enhancing our portfolio of services to ensure it remains competitive and aligned with client demands.

  • Understanding Client Needs: collaborate closely with sales teams to analyze client needs and identify the best solutions in digitalization and software testing.
  • Proposal Development: draft and present tailored technical proposals, emphasizing service quality and added value for the client.
