Engages with customer technical decision makers and influencers. Leverages customer context, portfolio expertise, and deep technical or industry knowledge to build credibility with customers. Leads technical wins for technologies. Leverages resources with minimal support and proactively engages product and support teams to remediate blockers. Engages in partner sell-with scenarios by acting as a liaison and shares visibility on partner resources and processes. Captures core competitive knowledge across solution areas and delivers back to product and engineering teams to enhance capabilities and develop strategies. Represents the customer to product teams to shape products and services. Monitors, analyzes, and identifies opportunities to promote product usage. Applies and customizes existing demonstration assets. Presents, applies, and customizes architecture patterns to partners or customers. Applies and coaches sales team to use sales methodologies to guide customers through digital transformation. Independently builds readiness plan and identifies learning gaps. Monitors and responds to tech community posts. Proactively collaborating with engineering, product, and support teams, leverages deep technical and industry expertise to remove blockers and deliver impactful solutions that ensure customer success. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related field technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience OR equivalent experience. This position will be open for a minimum of 5 days, with applications accepted on an ongoing basis until the position is filled. *
