Cox Purtell, in partnership with a prominent medical aesthetics business, is looking for a Digital Solutions Analyst, to develop and support the digital environment and transformation projects. The goal of the company is to support individuals worldwide in living, feeling, and looking their best lives, however they may define that. The product line includes skincare products, technology, and injectables with clinical validation that are designed to meet each patient’s unique needs while upholding the highest standards of efficacy and safety.

Drive Digitization: Take the lead in advancing digitization efforts across the company, evaluating new software, and integrating cutting-edge solutions.
Global and Vendor Relationships: Manage the relationships between our global teams, local units, and vendors, ensuring a seamless flow of information and resources.
Strategy Coordination and Implementation: Work closely with stakeholders to coordinate and implement strategies that align with our global objectives.
Salesforce CRM: Be the point person for our Salesforce CRM, exploring ways to reduce dependencies and enhance its functionality.
Salesforce Administration: Serve as a Salesforce administrator, even if it’s in a lightweight capacity, to ensure the CRM runs smoothly.
IT Support: Occasionally provide some level of IT support to the business, including issuing laptops and mobile devices, predominantly handling lightweight tasks.
Regional Team Liaison: Act as a go-between for the regional teams, facilitating technical discussions and driving implementation and changes.
Implement New Features: Take the lead in implementing new features, out-of-the-box (OTB) solutions, and possibly provide system administration or application support.
Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define technical requirements.
