MEPPI’s Digital Solutions Department is seeking an accomplished Leader to guide the strategic vision, development, and operational success of our cutting-edge digital offerings. This is a high-impact role focused on managing the full business lifecycle—from product innovation to market deployment—while delivering customer-focused digital solutions that drive measurable results. Responsibilities
  • Own and lead the entire business lifecycle—strategy, customer acquisition, solution development, deployment, and aftermarket support.
  • Develop and execute forward-thinking business strategies to grow MEPPI’s digital footprint and achieve strategic objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, vendors, and stakeholders to drive collaboration and business development.
  • Champion lean and agile software development practices to accelerate product innovation and reduce time-to-market.
  • Oversee daily operations including software engineering, sales, marketing, customer support, and administration.
  • Manage departmental budgets, forecasts, and financial performance to ensure sustainable growth and profitability.
  • Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of digital solutions, meeting all scope, schedule, and budget expectations.
  • Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer—collaborate directly with clients to tailor solutions and deliver value-driven results.
  • Lead contract negotiations, risk management, and proposal development within MEPPI’s Limits of Authority.
  • Build, develop, and mentor a high-performing team—drive employee engagement, provide coaching and training, and conduct performance reviews.
  • Represent MEPPI at key industry conferences, events, and strategic meetings.
  • Embody and promote MEPPI’s commitment to Quality, Safety, and Environmental standards in all department activities.
