As a P2P Implementation Manager in our Digital Solutions practice, you will collaborate with fast-growing organizations to design and implement best in class procurement solutions, streamline supply chain processes, and enhance efficiencies through technology. Connor Group is a top-tier Coupa and NetSuite deployment partner and an innovator in procurement technology strategy working with a number of cutting edge PTP solutions . In this impactful role, you’ll manage Coup a or other procure to pay system and supply chain projects , expa nding your leadership and operational expertise while solving critical business challenges for our clients.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in either Information Systems, Procurement, Accounting, or Supply Chain Management
  • Strong understanding of key supply chain and procurement processes such as Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Sourcing, Inventory Management, and Vendor Management.
  • Proven project management capabilities with experience leading supply chain and procurement technology projects.
  • Certifications in Coupa or other p roc urement systems highly preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in Coupa implementation or other procurement tools , upgrades, and procurement-specific support.
  • Expertise in Coupa’s suite of procurement solutions or other similar tools , including cloud platform configuration and integrations.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including mentoring, team-building, and cross-functional collaboration within dynamic business environments.
  • A self-driven attitude with a commitment to learning, accountability, and professional growth.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%, including international assignments.
  • Experience with NetSuite or certifications related to ERP systems is a plus.
Responsibilities
  • Lead and execute Coupa and other procure to pay system projects, including new implementations, enhancements, integrations and other special projects
  • Ensure the successful delivery of projects within defined scope, budget, and quality, applying Connor Group’s best practices and unique methodologies
  • Project m anage Coupa or other procure to pay system projects, including scoping, planning, resource allocation, risk mitigation, stakeholder management and cross functional collaboration.
  • Demonstrate good functional knowledge Coupa and other procure to pay systems to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
  • Drive procure to pay and supply chain process improvement initiatives by working with the client and Connor Group teams to articulat e the problem statement , analyzing processes, and identifying solutions and alternatives and coordinate alignment
  • Provide on-the-job training, coaching, and mentoring to project team members
