OVERVIEW:

A dynamic and growing organization is seeking a skilled Digital Solutions Project Manager with a background in automation and manufacturing. This role has been created in response to increasing demand for digital transformation services and the need to manage complex, high-impact projects across various industries, including pharmaceuticals, chemicals, and food & beverage.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science, with relevant experience in automation or manufacturing.
  • Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, particularly in network architecture, digital technologies, and IT/OT integration.
  • Strong command of project management methodologies; PMP certification is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated success in leading client-facing projects and cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage digital solutions projects, including software development and system integrations, across multiple client sectors.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget using established project management methodologies.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and advocating for their needs throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project goals, align expectations, and drive execution.
  • Oversee multiple concurrent projects, adjusting plans and resources as needed to meet evolving client requirements.
  • Monitor project progress, assess risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders, including clients, sponsors, and internal teams.
  • Manage project-related administrative tasks such as procurement, invoicing, and documentation.
  • Facilitate project closure activities, including documentation archiving, deliverable handover, and lessons-learned sessions.
