Bring a human-first perspective into every engagement—listening deeply, uncovering real business and customer challenges, and co-creating solutions that matter Partner with Launch's design, product, and engineering experts to translate insights into bold, pragmatic solutions that drive measurable outcomes Shape opportunities from early discovery through proposal, negotiation, and close, ensuring each engagement reflects both the client's needs and Launch's vision for impact Navigate complex enterprise sales cycles with multiple stakeholders, always maintaining a focus on outcomes, not transactions Represent Launch in the market as a thought leader, able to articulate both Manufacturing trends and the unique value Launch brings to solving them Consistently deliver new revenue growth while building long-term, trust-based client relationships 8+ years of enterprise sales experience in digital, consulting, or product-led services with a strong focus on net-new business development Proven ability to sell into the C-suite with confidence and credibility Experience selling digital product design, customer experience and application development services Experience applying generative AI and similar technologies in a human-centric, design forward manner within Manufacturing industry. A consultative, solution-oriented approach rooted in curiosity, listening, and industry insight.
