Originate and Close new business in the digital product design, user experience, research, and innovation areas. Applies a deep understanding of industry trends, business, financials, service offerings, the market, and the needs / challenges of assigned accounts. Drives services sales strategies that help drive exponential sales growth. Demonstrated ability to sell digital services with a primary focus on modern application development from product strategy through to scaling and support. Demonstrated ability & success at meeting and/or exceeding annual quotas of $8+ million TCV. Requires strategic agility to interface and successfully influence multiple executives within the customer organization. Sells to regional, large national and global accounts. Design and implement sales strategy to achieve sales quota. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and demonstrate boardroom executive presence. Ability and willingness to travel 50% of the time. 8+ years' experience selling in digital product design, user experience, research, and innovation areas. 8+ years' experience in consulting or IT services industries selling application services. 5+ years of selling Outcomes Based solutions in the services industry; strong experience with modern application development techniques/trends and depth in one or more vertical industries. Strong knowledge of UX/CX is preferred. Experience selling Agile based solutions with a knowledge of SaFE/Agile/Scrum Experience selling SOW based work with teams vs. pure staff augmentation. Ability to engage and build relations with senior leadership at Fortune 500 organizations. Must be able to drive and lead business discussions with domain solutions support from practice managers. Excellent communication to communicate at all levels and presentation skills.
