EDUCATION:

  • Educated to degree or equivalent level preferred.

EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in a digital strategy and/or project management role
  • Experience of CRM system development and integrations
  • Automotive experience beneficial.

SKILLS:

  • High energy, driven, self-starter, motivated, with a desire to learn
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrate effectiveness in working cross functionally
  • Organised individual with a high level of attention to detail and results driven

Responsibilities

THE ROLE

Join us as Digital Solutions Specialist and support the Digital Data Solutions Manager to oversee and optimize customer interactions across various channels, managing AI chat operations, ensuring effective lead distribution, supporting system development including our 3D car configurator, and ensuring compliance with data policies. This role is crucial for enhancing customer experience and improving overall CRM performance.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop effective and collaborative relationships with internal and external partners, acting as a though partners for the development of digital and data solutions
  • Work closely with the CRM team to advise and support projects with the aim of improving overall CRM performance in Open Rates , CTRs etc.
  • Manage and authorise data requests from KUK departments
  • Develop and maintain up-to-date documentation for all systems and processes
