You have strong execution skills in paid social and are confident in managing campaigns across platforms such as LinkedIn and Meta. You are detail-oriented, structured, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where delivery quality and consistency matter. You take ownership of your work, follow through on tasks, and ensure campaigns are executed accurately and on time. You are eager to deepen your expertise in performance marketing, with a strong interest in optimisation, analytics, and campaign performance. You are comfortable supporting client-facing work and are building confidence in presenting campaign results and contributing to discussions. What You Do As a Digital Specialist, you contribute to the delivery of campaigns across multiple channels, supporting the transition from planning to execution. You have practical experience in campaign execution and optimisation, and you are developing the ability to manage your own workstreams with increasing independence. You take ownership of your deliverables and are committed to improving performance and quality over time. You support the execution of paid digital campaigns across multiple client accounts, with a strong focus on paid social. You set up, manage, and optimise campaigns on platforms such as LinkedIn and Meta, ensuring accuracy, performance, and alignment to campaign objectives. You interpret platform and website data (e.g. campaign dashboards, Google Analytics) to support performance reporting and inform optimisation decisions. You prepare reports and performance updates, ensuring data is accurate and insights are clear and actionable. You support campaign planning and execution across always-on and project-based workstreams. You collaborate with internal teams across PR, content, and strategy to ensure digital activity aligns with broader campaign objectives. You participate in client meetings where needed and progressively build confidence in presenting campaign performance and recommendations. You contribute to improving delivery consistency and strengthening overall execution quality across accounts. What You Offer You bring 2–3 years of experience in digital or performance marketing, ideally within an agency or fast-paced environment. You have hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns, particularly on LinkedIn and Meta. You demonstrate strong attention to detail and the ability to execute campaigns accurately and efficiently. You have a working understanding of campaign optimisation, performance metrics, and reporting. You are comfortable working with data and translating performance results into clear, actionable insights. Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, dashboards, or marketing platforms (e.g. Mailchimp) is advantageous and you are comfortable building your capability in these areas. You are organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks across different accounts. You communicate clearly and work effectively with both internal teams and clients.
