As a Digital Specialist Haematology Finland, you will support the Commercial Team by developing and managing digital content and utilizing new omnichannel engagement channels to drive brand strategy and enhance healthcare professional (HCP) engagement. You will ensure a compliant, best-in-class customer experience across digital channels. You will collaborate with medical, commercial, and R&D teams to align strategies and execute objectives effectively.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR PROFESSIONALS WITH THESE REQUIRED SKILLS TO ACHIEVE OUR GOALS:

  • Experience in pharma industry.
  • Experience in pharmaceutical and/or digital marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with pharma omnichannel execution of content and user journeys.
  • Proficiency in content development and copy approval (Content Lab).
  • Familiarity with Veeva CRM, Power BI, and analytics tools.
  • Strong understanding of compliance and best practices in digital marketing.
  • University degree or equivalent (eg. nurse, or higher degree in applied sciences) or Healthcare Professional.

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS ARE NOT NECESSARY, JUST PREFERRED, IF YOU DO NOT HAVE THEM, PLEASE STILL APPLY:

  • Ability to collaborate across functions and manage cross-functional teams.
  • Expertise in optimizing digital campaigns and user journeys for performance.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Experience within similar role in Haematology /Oncology therapeutic area.

  • Digital content Creation and Management
  • Plan & create engaging and brand-aligned digital content, including visuals, videos, infographics, and written materials.
  • Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of digital assets.
  • Digital Campaign / User Journey Management:
  • Plan, create, and manage digital campaigns, including paid digital advertising, email marketing, 3rd party digital marketing
  • Ensure campaigns are run on time & budget to support the business and maximize the impact of annual events
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns for performance, ensuring they meet KPIs and ROI targets.
  • Analytics and Reporting:
  • Utilize analytics tools to measure and report on the performance of digital marketing activities.
  • Compliance and Best Practices:
  • Ensure all digital marketing activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.
