Analyze data across digital platforms (web, mobile app, e-shop) to generate meaningful insights that support decision-making. Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using BI tools and AWS analytics services (e.g., Athena, QuickSight). Build scalable and well-structured data models using dimensional modeling techniques like star schema. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define reporting requirements and ensure accurate data collection. Perform in-depth analysis of digital funnel performance and customer behavior to support marketing and sales strategies. Ensure new digital initiatives include proper data tagging and tracking for comprehensive analytics coverage. Contribute to the overall improvement of data quality, structure, and governance. Experience: 2-5 years in a data analytics or business intelligence role. Technical Skills: Proficient in SQL for querying and manipulating large datasets. Comfortable with Python for data processing and automation. Solid understanding of data modeling concepts, including star schema. Hands-on experience with AWS analytics services such as Athena and QuickSight. Familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, QuickSight).
