InComm Incentives Solutions is adding a Digital Strategist III. The ideal candidate will leverage their digital acumen around the InComm Digital platform and connectivity through partnerships with brands and it’s clients. They will help InComm Incentives grow its promotional revenue by developing strong relationships with brand partners and open loop brands, helping strategically drive promotions to a wide array of client interfaces. Our new Digital Strategist should have a passion for digital customer experiences and possess the skills to identify opportunity within a variety of user-flows to drive revenue.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage a pipeline of promotional opportunities with new and existing channels for InComm Incentives.
  • Effectively sell promotions to brand partners through internal and external means. Selling includes setting the vision on the benefits of promotions for both the card partners and channels who have not yet run promotions and may not immediately understand the potential and benefits to their businesses.
  • Effectively and efficiently plan and prioritize all sales opportunities based on revenue objectives.
  • Be able to strive towards and achieve assigned quarterly sales goal.
  • Work closely with new and existing channels to develop strategic opportunities focused on driving increased volumes.
  • Provide strategic leadership/be a subject matter expert to new and existing channels that will enhance InComm’s positioning with inComm brand partners.
  • Actively plan and design promotional marketing strategies for brands by quarter/year.
  • Consistently manage client (both channel and brand partner) expectations, ensure delivery of the highest quality service, solicit and act on client feedback, and effectively communicate to ensure that expectations are consistent across all stakeholders.
  • Create Statements of Work for campaigns by channel.
  • Own strategic digital initiatives internally with regards to platform enhancements: scoping, cross-functional communication to development, finance, operations and executives team as necessary.
  • Oversee and manage promotional projects for open loop products, such Visa, Mastercard and/or American Express.
  • Track all sales opportunities in SalesForce to allow for visibility to departments.
  • Communicate and document pipeline status to team members and senior management on a regular basis; escalate issues accordingly via the appropriate channels.
  • Work with internal team members to track campaigns to use as sales tools.
  • Reports to Senior Director of Digital Strategy & Promotions.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience with a Marketing Agency or internal Strategic Marketing/Partnership in a company/brand
  • Ability to drive sales with defined quarterly sales quota
  • Strong interpersonal skills, flexibility, and customer service orientation.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Proven ability to consistently handle and prioritize multiple tasks across multiple clients.
  • Communicate effectively with business professionals.
  • Creative problem solving in an environment where there isn’t only one clear solution, but multiple options for execution.
  • Forecast and Analyze promotions for brand partners
  • Creation of reports and presentations.
  • Skill to resolve difficult or stressful customer service issues.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer skills.
  • Preparation of routine administrative paperwork.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Desire to stay current with the latest digital marketing and loyalty trends
  • Detail oriented and organized
  • Deadline driven
  • Knowledge of gift card products and fulfillment a plus
  • 10-20% travel
