We’re looking for an enthusiastic and analytical Student Assistant to join our Digital Team in Copenhagen. Your primary focus will be to help ensure our B2B webshop operates seamlessly while optimizing our Marketing Automation Journeys. You’ll assist in maintaining the webshop, resolving any issues that arise, and keeping an eye on the performance of our marketing automation workflows to ensure they’re delivering the best possible customer experience.
We believe that attention to detail is key, but we also know that the ability to juggle multiple tasks and stay positive in a fast-paced environment is just as important. This is where you come in! You’ll be able to grow your skills through hands-on experience, taking responsibility for your own tasks while learning and developing along the way. Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the administration, management, and communication of products on B2B e-commerce platforms in Denmark and Norway.
  • Help optimize automated marketing journeys to boost customer engagement and drive conversions.
  • Learn and familiarize yourself with our existing dashboards to track and report key performance indicators (KPIs), providing insights for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders on product launches across our e-commerce platforms
  • Help manage ongoing tasks and projects, and even take ownership of smaller projects over time
