  • ️ What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Digitize and organize incoming physical mail using data capture software
  • Scan and inspect external media before uploading content
  • Convert large digital files for compatibility with internal systems
  • Maintain logs for incoming payments and track priority mail deliveries
  • Troubleshoot and correct digitized records based on business rules
  • Follow records retention protocols for storing and destroying physical files
  • Support the daily scanning and routing of mail and documents
