We are seeking an experienced Hosting Specialist to manage and optimize our hybrid hosting landscape, encompassing on-premises data centers and cloud environments.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in data center compute management, virtualization technologies like VMware and Hyper-V, along with deep knowledge of Microsoft Azure cloud services. Exposure to AWS, Azure Containers, and Kubernetes will be a significant advantage.

What you’ll do:

• MANAGE & ADMINISTER INFRASTRUCTUREOversee data center compute infrastructure including servers, virtualization platforms (VMware vSphere, ESXi, vCenter, Hyper-V), storage, and networking.
• CLOUD & HYBRID SOLUTIONSDesign, implement, and support Azure IaaS/PaaS solutions and networking; assist with workload migration from on-prem to Azure and hybrid cloud architecture. Maintain basic AWS knowledge for multi-cloud support.
• PERFORMANCE & RESILIENCEMonitor, optimize, and troubleshoot infrastructure performance, availability, and capacity. Implement backup, disaster recovery, and high availability strategies across on-prem and cloud environments.
• SECURITY & COMPLIANCEApply security best practices across hosting platforms aligned with organizational and compliance standards.
• AUTOMATION & CONTAINERIZATIONAutomate provisioning, monitoring, and management using scripts/tools. Work with Azure Containers, AKS, and container-based deployment strategies (added advantage).
• COLLABORATION & SUPPORTCollaborate with application, network, and security teams; maintain documentation and SOPs; provide L3 support for hosting-related incidents and requests.
