TIFF is committed to embracing diversity and treating all individuals with respect, dignity and fairness by removing physical, social and economic barriers to participation. We encourage you to reflect on the land that you are on, who the traditional keepers of the land are, what the treaty relationship is, or if it’s unceded territory. This role drives digital adoption across the organization: identifying where technology can solve real operational problems, enabling business stakeholders to get full value from TIFF’s digital tools, and supporting the development and roll-out of digital capabilities. It pairs this business-facing work with technical depth – you’ll work directly with the Principal Developer & Architect on solution design and hands-on development as a technically fluent partner rather than a passive recipient. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Serve as a day-to-day technology enablement partner to business teams – translating operational questions and pain points into actionable technology solutions, and maintaining ongoing relationships with key stakeholders across departments. * Collaborate with the Principal Developer & Architect on solution design and development – contributing to requirements analysis, prototyping, and hands-on technical work that bridges business context and engineering execution. * Lead or support digital transformation initiatives across the organization – working with business stakeholders to identify opportunities, define requirements, and shepherd technology change from concept through adoption. * Support the application portfolio through configuration, testing, requirements documentation, and user acceptance testing, ensuring systems evolve to meet the needs of the teams that depend on them. * Contribute to the evaluation and piloting of new digital tools and AI use cases – assessing fit, coordinating trials, and building adoption frameworks that let TIFF benefit responsibly from emerging technology. * Maintain clear documentation of processes, systems, and adoption progress to support organizational knowledge retention and provide visibility to pillar leadership. JOB GRADE & SALARY: * Grade 3 * $60,000 – $81,600 / Annually * Our salary ranges reflect the range of skills and experience required for the role. Typically, candidates new to the role are positioned up to the midpoint of the range, with progression through the range based on performance and development over time. The top of the salary band is for employees who consistently demonstrate high performance in their role. TARGET CONTRACT DATES: * Start date: April 27, 2026 WORK LOCATION: * Office Location: 350 King Street West, Toronto, ON M5V 3X5 * Weekly in-office requirements: * Minimum 2 days (November to April) * Minimum 3 days (May to October) * Festival Office Requirements: Full Time during Festival MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: * Demonstrated experience in business analysis, data & analytics, software development lifecycle, and/or artificial intelligence. * Strong communication and facilitation skills; ability to translate between technical and non-technical audiences and design or deliver effective training and enablement. * Technical fluency sufficient to engage meaningfully in solution design and hands-on development; candidates must be comfortable working alongside engineers and architects. * Organized, self-directed, and capable of managing multiple concurrent workstreams with different stakeholder groups. * Collaborative working style with a genuine interest in how technology solves organizational problems. * Adaptable to a flexible work schedule including some evenings and weekends. * This position requires being in office on a regular basis. VACANCY: * This job posting is for an existing vacancy. CLOSING: We thank everyone who applies for their interest, but only candidates selected for an interview are contacted. Candidates must be legally able to work in Canada at this time. TIFF regrets that it is unable to sponsor employment Visas; however, TIFF considers and welcomes individuals on time-limited Visa status for this position.
