ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• 1–2 years’ experience in an e-commerce, digital trading or merchandising role.
• Proficient with e-commerce platforms (e.g. Shopify, Magento) and ERP inventory systems.
• Strong numerical aptitude and experience in Excel (or equivalent) for data analysis.
• Excellent attention to detail, with proven ability to maintain data accuracy at scale.
• Solid understanding of online merchandising principles and customer journey optimisation.
• Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects to tight deadlines.
• Effective communicator, able to collaborate across buying, marketing, design and store teams.
