THE TEAM

The Digital Trade Team at Oner Active sits at the heart of our online growth strategy. We are responsible for driving commercial performance across our seven web shops, combining data insight, trading acumen, and customer understanding to deliver exceptional online experiences that convert.
Working closely with marketing, merchandising, and web teams, we own the digital customer journey, from home page to checkout. Whether it’s optimising conversion rates, launching campaigns, or analysing trading performance, we move fast, test constantly, and never stop looking for the next opportunity to drive growth.

ABOUT YOU

We are seeking a commercially driven Digital Trading Manager to lead our eCommerce trading strategy across Shopify. You will be responsible for driving online revenue growth, optimising site performance, and delivering best-in-class customer journeys. This role plays a pivotal part in maximizing commercial opportunities through data-led decision making, site merchandising, and digital experimentation. Responsibilities

OUR PURPOSE AND MISSION

We are on a mission to unite and empower women to be the strongest version of themselves through strength training. We want to inspire women to take centre stage in the gym by promoting strength training, which underpins all movement and sport, as a healthy foundation in life.

YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

  • Own the day-to-day trading of the website, ensuring sales targets, KPIs, and margins are met or exceeded
  • Develop and implement the digital trading calendar, aligning with marketing, product drops, campaigns, and promotional activity
  • Monitor and analyse on-site performance (conversion, bounce rate, AOV, exit pages) and make data-led recommendations
  • Work cross-functionally with content, UX/UI, CRM, and performance marketing teams to ensure seamless campaign execution
  • Regularly analyse and optimise category, product, and homepage performance to improve commercial effectiveness
  • Implement and track A/B tests, via A/B Tasty, interpreting results with the help of the data team to inform future strategies
  • Collaborate with UX/UI teams to analyse behavioural data (via tools like Content Square) to drive continuous improvements
  • Work with search and personalisation tools such as Algolia and Nosto to enhance the customer journey
  • Manage trading reports and dashboards to monitor KPIs and share insights with senior leadership
