REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelors degree, advance degree or studies in financial services/operations disciplines a plus.
• Fifteen years of broad banking experience with emphasis in finance and bank operations require

• Assist CIO in evaluating technologies and provides both tactical and strategic direction for network platforms and configurations
• Designs, develops and documents processes.
• Develops systems standards, specifications and approved software, and recommends upgrades where and when appropriate.
• Assit CIO in reveiw of new technology infrastructure models.
• Maintains appropriate licenses and warranties for computer hardware and software.
• Develop and enhance IT Goverance models.
• Assist in planning and oversight of information technology projects and budgets.
• Coordinates and plans interconnectivity issues with Head Office and internal Miami departments.
• Assist in deploying new technology solutions that promote digital transformation.
• Maintains and upgrades professional knowledge, skills and development by attending seminars and training programs and reading trade and professional journals and publications.
• Performs other duties of a similar or related level and manages or assists with special projects as necessary or assigned.
